Answered Favor - Accelerating World Wonders

It costs 400 favor, that I have no doubts.
But..

1) Does it take 400 of ALL gods favor to ONE acceleration? Or 400 from only one god?

2) If the answer to 1) is yes, does that mean that players that don't have at least 1 city for each god won't ever be available to spend favor accelerating the wonders?

400 from each god, so if you don't have each god no accelerations

I mean it makes sense. By the time WW come around every active player should have AT LEAST 1 city for every god
