I'm not sure, but I think your supposed to give a bunch of reasons why people should join your group.

Yes, more information about your alliance will make more people willing to join it. Some information about how it will be run (ie: Gov't type, positions available, etc...) All of this will help to inform those players in O55 why your alliance will be better than others to join.

Me personally, I think that those alliances located within one ocean start off better than far flung alliances. So already i think you have a good idea with how your alliance will do well in the world. Good Luck
