Feature #2 - Map cache

Thought I'd give you a sneak preview of how the map cache is progressing.

It's in no way complete yet - I need to make it look pretty and change a few bits.

Fancy. Would you be able to incorporate one of the things such as the 'facebook photo zoom' extension, meaning we wouldn't have to click, just hover the mouse.
