All of there top 10 or so members have periods in there names.....

Those are all him most likely a another one of his accounts, no way that many players names that are similar could all be in his alliance. Thats too suspicious

Um no, like my name if you have a big bunch of friends you all make accounts with the same trend... plus 3 were here from right at the beginning of the world and others arrived later... in a huddle.

If you suspect an account to be cheating or breaking the rules in anyway you are to report that issue through In game support tools

discussing this openly on the forum is not an appropriate method
