Beginner Get Aicy Rep if you make my avvie's background transparent

Whenever I try and do it myself it doesn't seem to work. I guess PS CS2 is just too old.

I even tried to make it match the background colour of the forums (as you can see) but because from computer to computer, browser to browser it varies for some reason it only works for some people.
