To clarify what I meant: I work in a hospital, and I was asking the cardiac registrar here if they knew of anyone who could help. There was no intent to be "mean" at all, but to ask if they knew of anyone who could help! The answer was they were unsure of the American people who could aid as they mainly stayed in the European circuit of their specialty.... I am glad they are getting they help they need.
