‘Tis the season to be jolly, and the Grepolis gods are always ready to make merry! This time, it’s you pulling the strings and making the mighty Olympians dance to your tune.
On December 1st, you’ll notice a bulging bag of gifts appear in the bottom right corner of your game window. Clicking the bag will open the Grepolis Christmas Calendar 2012!
Each day during the countdown to Christmas, you’ll be able to open a new door in the calendar and choose a decoration to add to it, giving it (and the gods!) your own personal style. You’ll also receive a present which can range from buffs or resources to culture points or battle units. But we don’t want to let the cat out of the bag and give away too much information, so you’ll have to wait and see.
You can only open a door for the first time on the correct day in December - if you leave it too late, the door will be locked and cannot be opened. But don’t worry - if you happen to miss a day, you can open it late for a small fee of gold. The calendar will be active until the end of December 31st, so you have plenty of time to make use of your rewards.
By the time Christmas comes, you’ll have a beautiful personalized calendar that’s perfect for showing off to your friends. You can choose to export your calendar to post on your alliance’s forum, or take part in our Christmas Calendar Contest for your chance to win gold and Grepolis goodies! Calendar contest
After Christmas, your calendar will be complete and you can enter it into our contest. If your entry really catches our eye, it will join nine others to be put to the public vote. The best three calendars will win gold to spend in game:
Prizes
- 1st place - 3000 gold
- 2nd place - 2000 gold
- 3rd place - 1000 gold
