Is there a legal site which offers the tool of plan attack?

in other words, if I want my BIREMES to reach approximately city B from my city A in 3 days at 1:00 pm. is there a site that can help ?

I know this is not Travian, but when I used to play the game, there was a site tool that did that.

another question. can someone give me the list of site tools that can be helpful in the game?( and if he can, a small explanation of what they offer)

grepoworld is close like grepostats which is better imo.
