we need some kind of format for players to fallow when posting these threads, and like if it's not in the correct format, fonts will close the forums so players wont be tempted to flame them

There a quite simple way to look at this, if they cant even start a recruitment thread with the correct info then what use will they be running an alliance..

I enjoy these nooby threads as they highlight my next meal ticket..
