Rules for the Hall of Fame
Players enter something that they will think will get them into the Hall of Fame, example fake cs getting through and conquering village or a massive attack (Not saying that will get you in).
If this person's entry is nominated by three other players then it goes through to a poll.
(I am hoping maybe Devils that a sub-forum can be made for the Hall of Fame and Shame in which lists are kept of the players in the halls and the polls.)
If a poll is sucessful then that player is put into the Hall of Fame, if it is not then the player doesn't make it into the hall. The poll is sucessful if 75% of people vote for that players initiation, a re-vote may be had if 60%-74% of players say yes.

If this person's entry is nominated by three other players then it goes through to a poll.
If a poll is sucessful then that player is put into the Hall of Shame, if it is not then the player doesn't make it into the hall. The poll is sucessful if 75% of people vote for that players initiation, a re-vote may be had if 60%-74% of players say yes.
This will be able to list the funny, the wacky and the strong a chance to get your name covered in glory what better reason? Hopefully this livens up both ingame and the external forums as players try and make it in.
This will also work in cohesion with the new milestones thread.
