Proposal: My proposal is creating a way to harbour check a city that you are attacking so you can see what is in the harbour, hence the name harbour check
Reason:
It is a very important strategic method that is used everyday by many players across all words/servers.
Details:
Player A attacks Player B.
Units used are over land or a flying attack.
Even if you do not kill all the land units in the city you can still see what units are in the harbour on the report.
Visual Aids:
I'm pretty sure you all know what it looks like
Balance/Abuse Prevention:
Don't think that there would be a problem with it.
