alright guys calm down, all he is doing is sticking up for the guy who created this thread. Everyone may have had their first post; but also everyone had their first world and didn't know very much at what was going on at one point. Lay off him.
To OP: they are joking, they do realise 1300 points is very low. If I were you I would join an existing alliance to gain some knowledge of the game and then start your pre-made if you so wish.
