Question HELP

unable to use grtc tools though tampermonkey is with chrome. tried numerous times even
disabling virus protection.
it worked fine on previous worlds.
also when trying to contact en support from the game page this pops up
i'm not an i.t. person but i must be missing something either by enabling or disabling
