As someone of the outside, who doesn't play this world. Can someone tell me what happened?
If I see all the talks, they looked promising?

yeah it really sucks...the founders are noobs and to make matters worse they appointed an even more clueless leader

forums are a wreck and no one seems willing to help each other...I predict a disband within a day of BP ending :p

the 50 member cap keeps things interesting though. so many alliances and so hard for 1 alliance, (even one as clearly standing out as #1 as HaP is) to be indestructible. Im excited for this world.
