Who let him become leader? If he was so horrible why didn't anyone stop him? A true leader is one selected by your team mates not somebody who rises to the top by himself.

I left this world so I cannot comment on what is going on as I have no idea.
I will say becoming a leader - you are either promoted due to merit or start your own alliance
So if you feel he is an issue, just deal with the alliance, problem solved
