How to use gold to activate Happiness?

Hi, I got a question.
In the Geo 2.0 wiki, it is stated:
Some divine powers, such as Happiness may be enabled with a small amount of gold. This may be done only a limited amount of times.

Does anyone know how to turn this on using gold?
Not sure how is this done.

And where did you see this? What god do you worship?

i believe that in 2.x spells such as happiness can be extended using gold, but they still need to be cast in the same manner as usual (with enough favour from the appropriate god)

Ok, you can extend spells, not re-enable them with gold. My bad, its all fixed up now :)

To extend the spell using Gold, go to the icon for the spell currently active in your city, under the city's name. Click on the icon, a pop-up window will appear with the option to extend the spell.
