Answered Hydra island

I have been playing grepolis for awhile and I understand myth units aren't great because of farm space. However, my alliances have taken the entire islands before and I feel that if the entire island is posidon and training hydras and nothing but hydras they would do fine. Am I wrong?

Your not necessarily wrong, hydras do have their uses. For instance they cannot be killed by fire ships. I've personally never used the strategy where an alliance had an island of all hydras

Again that is a valid point , you could but imagine the time taken to create the hydras building up favor (its more of a long term investment) rather than biremes which are considerably easier to make. Depends on an alliance and players personal strategy though i would wish more people to use this, so i could see how well it works.
