There are numerous ways of protecting your true identity from the grepo team or just people in general.

1. Do what XTC said
2. Use your incognito mode
3. Use the Tor network to browse the web
4. Use a proxy

TOR cripples your internet speed, is not as secure as claimed because of the huge influx of sniffing exit nodes and using it alone is not enough to protect you from the government anyways. The other options are no protection to anything more capable than the average sciddie either. The extension doesn't 'protect your privacy' because it was never harmed by ga anyways. Ga doesn't allow personal identifiable information and only sends anonymous data

Also grepo doesn't want your 'true identity' lol, stop fearmongering.
