Is it allowed to give citys with another player and keep playing ?
Not only is it allowed, it has become common practice among top alliances. There are players who are just building cities to offer others, and I say offer because I don't believe it's the exchange of favors, as well as starting over to create a ghost town that favors friends, giving false information on the alliance profile and It is also allowed to lie and make someone believe that they will have support and then attack their siege, enter into an alliance to spy and give information to another ,pretending to be leaving the game when someone needs support ... in short, all this is allowed and even expected but if it is
fair and beautiful, it is up to each one to consider.
