Is there a bug with service ticket responses?

Is there a bug with service ticket responses? I used to receive the form letter acknowledging receipt ... I am no longer receiving. Is INNO service reading the service ticket ... I doubt know .... is there a bug ... I expect the courtesy of acknowledgement of my service ticket so I dont have to keep writing and resending.

there is a minimum gold spend quota you need to meet for support to acknowledge your complaints... need to gold more @Del2

This explains why the MODs are not responding to service tickets ... you are paying them to not respond ... thank you for answering the question
