Answered Is there a minimum time on Accelerated Construction?

I selected the Accelerated Construction buff after a quest in order to reduce the time of building my temples below 5 minutes and get them free (timewise) since my queue was pretty full on a rock city in a speed 1 world.

Lo and behold I received no 30% off on construction. The support answer was that there was a minimum amount of build time or else no time comes off. Where is this minimum stated? Below? The chart has times in a list but it is not stated what they represent. I looked this up in numerous iterations of searches in the forum, but this precise post and answer were not revealed.

I've not seen a minimum time allowed left on a building in order for accelerated construction to work, but I have noticed that it doesn't work on some of the lower building levels, as stated by Figtree in the thread that I have linked.

As to the page you were looking at, the times are how long the tokens last for, depending on their level. However that wiki page is outdated. It seems that it was not updated since the quest overhauls, as you can't get forced loyalty anymore, and several of the other types of bonuses have changed (including the accelerated construction bonus).
