Is there an maximum time limit to send CS on conquer? Can i conquer one town 60h CS trip (travel)?

Yes there is. The maximum time for a CS to travel is 48 hours.

But i tryied sending the CS and it did, offcourse i canceled the attack. That means that i can attack 60h away but not to conquer?

as far as I'm aware a message pops up telling you your target is too far away. Are you sure you have the Culture points to conquer?

You can send out attacks that take days to reach thier targets lol
But yes CS's only 48 hours max and wouldn't recommend it...
