Can I join?

I think I meet the requirements... I have cities here, there and over there. I am also a TOTAL noob, I mean for example I like attacking biremes (ahem... kuj0). I also think that the best attack is unescorted transports full of swordsmen and archers. And I build libraries and merchant's shop in all my cities and I make sure I always research democracy because that extra hour gives me more of a chance to try and break conquers with my sword nukes! Totally awesome, I am literally the best player in gamma. Noobs and MRAs for life!
