Not many people here who post do not have an alliance already, not sure about the guest accounts either. Considering this world is fairly old I would suggest you try and join an alliance that is established rather than founding your own.

In a non morale world it is really tough to start late - I would consider starting in one of the new worlds mate.

When there are players with 500k+ and no penalty for attacking a 5k player then you really are up against it at this stage.
