biweekly is a word, no hyphen, can mean twice a week or once every two weeks,
I would consider contributing once in a while.

Biweekly would usually mean once every two weeks and semi weekly would mean twice a week, but biweekly can be used correctly to describe either time frame. If you want to be crystal clear - use fortnightly :)
