Level villages

Would be nice with a buttom to level all villages, either same way as run festival in all cities, or at the very least 1 click pr city. insted of 6 clicks for every islands.
Takes a whole lot of time, to level villages later in game. might be easy the first 10'ish cities.

perhaps this could be part of the captains farming villages overview along with mass recruiting and maybe a trade interface???
