Proposal Limited Pacts

I think it is time to limit pacts and sharing of forum with other alliances. 3 pacts is more than enough and would help limit bullying, which is the #1 cause of people leaving the game.

You can't limit pacts, people would share discord or some external form of communication and still be together. Game already discourages pacting by allowing 1 winning alliance per world
