Lost gold

Last night went to bed when I woke up I had lost gold in two worlds, both major cities were attacked. It went from 250 gold (100) of which I used on administrator. That left me with 150 in each city, one world this one Amphipolis and the other is Teos. Anyone know how to get the missing gold back or was it taken by the attackers. I also lost the administrator that I paid for. Not sure why forum has me as ZERG TEMPLE, in the game I'm black oracle.
