The Cursed Sacred Forest island quest has a Lost Loyalty clause to complete the quest and it shows the wrong time while it is activated.
Hitting refresh has it reset to the right time but each time you hover with your mouse, it goes back to the wrong time.
First image shows that it stays at 5:00:00 each time you hover and the second image shows that it stays at the time it was when you refreshed, while both images show the quest's actual progress/time.
