Map not loading

When I try to login on grepolis on my phone it does not let me. It makes me wait a long time and it never loads into the map. I manage to login with my username and password but the map does not load.

Also I tried this on the computer and it loads into the map but it does not load the map 100 per cent so I can only see the names of the buildings like "senate", etc
