market delivery time not working

put in all my trades as 2h30

Stage 2
none of the timings appear on overview

stage 3
someone then trades from over 3 hours away

basically its ignoring whatever you put as trade time. Id been wondering why i was getting people trading with me from 5 hours away when i was specifying 2h30 or less.

I know that i am no official here, but this is a known bug on the german externals since the 17. September.

Having this issue. Causing mass screw ups when dodging and removing resources.
