seriously, why not just start a world with morale and leave like that....
actually to me, re-reading the question since its worded soooo nicely, would that not mean that people DO NOT want morale, since in its "current" version it does not exist at the moment?

No, Zeus has said elsewhere that at the minute they are not enabling morale on any worlds for the foreseeable future.

he actually says they will not be implementing it in the foreseable future then in the next sentence says this may change.
so there really is no guarantee that they will not enact morale
