Since the recent
of the top 12 thread, i think that some people are very clear that they they want to get back on topic. So for everyone who wants to talk trash and argue this can be the respective place for it all to happen. Hence the name.
This is an attempt to get the top 12 thread to stay on-topic and not have 4-5 pages of arguing going down within like a few hour period. Very messy, untidy and rather annoying when trying to find previous top 12s.
