Well based on the fact that he is boldly proclaiming his intent to play, I don't even think it'll take that long on the account that he is universally known to be a low life cheater - by the mods as well. If he had any sense about him, which we all know he never really has, he would maintain as low of a profile as humanly possible.

If that doesnt work just take 20 cities off him in 3 days...again.
