New Alliance Recruiting

Okay, so this is a shameless advertisement of a new alliance in an attempt to recruit new members. Our fledgeling alliance, dragons, was created with just 4 cities, primarily as a resposne to some of the mammoth alliances poised to monopolize Gamma. We are trying to stand as an alternative to being swallowed up (or destroyed) by some of these huge alliances. New players are welcome to join us, if only for a degree of safety while building up their cities. Feel free to leave at any time; we don't hold grudges like some others have been known to. To close though, thanks to anyone who took the time to read this post. We look forward to having some of you join us in the near future so that we can all expand our empires in a secure, friendly environment. Good luck to all!

Hm, why don't you write the ocean for your ally, the date that was created and some useful information? :/
However, i prefer a non-mra like yours, than many others mra

May i offer some advice;

First get a active core of leadership , and create a skype channel so the management can chat and "socialise" everyday.

Second , Check out all members grepostats everyday if you see some who arent really growing alot contact them and ask the reason , inactive ones (48 hours + without a reason) should be kicked.

Third, Whisper members in your area first, and explain them your goals. If they are interested in joining invite them. Do not mass invite everyone in your area , too much dead meat and will slow your growth.

Fourth , attacking is better than defending , get the upparhand on your island quickly (1-2 members per island is ideal more are a nuisance).

Fifth, When you can colonise , target players on members islands till you are strong enough to expand into enemy strongholds.

6th Change your d into a D so dragons to Dragons..........

7th If you cant be online everyday for at least 1 hour , dont even bother trying to start a alliance.

8th Get this in the correct forum.

I'd also suggest you have a URP (Unique Recuirting Point)

This can be your ocean, MRA, low members high quality, revenge against a certian alliance,etc

It'll also give you a goal to achive

Yeah! Good idea. I would like to join you but before I want to know if your are close of my city so give an approxive coordinate and the Ocean how is close of the member of your alliance
