We are aware that many of you are comfortable with the old app and dislike the change to the hybrid app. We know that there have been some issues with push notifications, the app not starting, the app being stuck in the loading screen and I have a couple of tickets expressing concern about the size particularly for the visually impaired. The new app is the one we will have for the future, it is just not possible to keep the original fully uptodate based on 12 year old software. However we do want to address all the bugs and feedback and work on making the new hybrid app an appropriate tool for you all.
If anyone is still having any issues at all, including those mentioned above please post here in the bug reporting section or send a ticket via support (settings/support in game). Please state the exact nature of the issue with details of the device you are using.
We are working to make the new iOS version available on all markets this month. We are releasing slowly market per market. For now it is NL, PL, FR, IT and BE. Players in these markets are able to access the hybrid app for the EN server now.
