yup, the one before the one before this one (anyone understand that?) was the best i feel

I like it, think the layout is good, I think if the top was a little bigger it'd be perfect

My only real problem with it is the preview of the strategic map is so small it doesn't even fit some of the islands in it... I think it should at least be able to preview what is one the screen and a little more.
I think the jump to coordinates area is better than before.
And that the bottom bar where windows get minimized to is better defined I like.
But really, it's just a few small changes fundamentally

It's grown on me a little bit, but I'm still moving my cursor to where things used to be. Guess I need to update my brain
