Why should someone join an Alliance (other than: to have people to talk to?)

People join alliances to be protected , supported , guided and to create friends. It would be best for you if join an alliance near your area with a very high attacking battle points.

People join alliances to form a Team, because Team Work is better than working alone. With Team Work you can protect each other and help each other attack enemies. Much stronger force when you work together.
If you work alone then there is a good chance that a Team of players will rim you, lol.

they could back stab you by kicking you out and taking one of your citys despite being with them for ages through their pain helping their wars but the only gratitude they show you is a knife in the back. just a little warning thats all

I wouldn't back stab my alliance, I am the founder and I go by Chivalry. But at war wit the ruthless barbarians, I cannot do Chivalrous acts on them.
