the title kinda says it all, you have to be in ocean 46, or directly on the border.
point requirements: i really don't care, right now we have an alliance average of over 35000 points, but if you are active
everyday, you help attack, and you help defend, you can be 3000 points for all i care.
we will take anyone's active players if you want to merge i'll let you be a leader as long as you arn't stupid.
if you attack us i'll be kinda .
