Ocean 55

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in forming an alliance in o55 AFTER bp ends. That way there will have been time to distinguish active players from non-actives/semi-actives. I was thinking something like anyone in the top 50 or so after bp ends will be able to join. Of course this is contingent on there being people interested. So, any thoughts or interest?
