As ive had no reply and its getting annoying, even when gold is spent it still wont complete the quest.

ANY IDEA WHEN THIS WILL BE RECTIFIED

This issue should have been fixed in the update earlier this week. Please clear your cache then try the quest again.

Cleared cache, cleared history, cleared cookies turned off scripts, tried my app, tried another pc, tried another broadband, sent in support ticket

They told me their working on fixing it just a few hours ago

I have resolved my issue, seems the hint arrows the game supplies kept pointing at the wrong festival, why ? I have no idea but all sorted.
