Proposal Option: Toggle Hail On/Off by default

Proposal: Can we have an option to toggle Hail On/Off by default in the settings. There are a lot of us who are used to having it selected by default, and it's a pain having to remember every time you send a Cat attack.

So the point of the sarcasm is...?

I'm asking for an option because a recent update changed the way the UI worked.

The option would allow the UI to function the same as BOTH the old AND the new way.

There is no downside to the creation of such an option except perhaps 10 mins of a dev's time.

Maybe we should delete player profiles because everyone should go to the map and look for people's cities themselves.
