an enemy data manager isnt a leader, just someone who has a lot of free time.
A diplomat DEFINITELY needs to be a good fighter. How else could any of their decisions be trusted if they don't even know how to play properly.
PS: being a good fighter != high in any of the ranks. That depends on activity mostly.

well enemy data manager is amongst the leader council in many alliances.
diplo needs to know his thing. that involves changing the map without fighting most of the times
ofc if he knows how to be a good fighter its a good pro, but not necessary, imo ofc.
yeah, rankings not necessarily tell the story, i agree.
but as for diplo's they are amongst the most active players 99% of the times. needs to be to always follow the flow of things
