Seriously doubt that two petitions will be listened to..

An unlimited gold spender will never have shortage of gold,be it in halving in 50 system,only a few clicks more for her/him. She/he will grow as much as resources she/he is provided with.What we realy need to petition is Banning start of the world during an event+ gold trading,IMO.

besides the halving thing actually took time and more gold so they end up obviously not spending so how just to bring t down to a couple seconds

The example you gave in the top post,is certainly an unlimited gold spender.So what am saying is he will never worry about spending more,if you can cut her/his resources, you can stall her/his growth.Only.:)

I think that a good idea to revert to would be 25 gold to cut in half, however you could only do this once, stopping such an unbalance. Gold users would still get to the goal quicker, but not 5 cities before the end of BP
