Plague Addition

As others have mentioned, the Plague spell is rarely used. I propose changing the spell from reducing the production of resources by 50% to doubling the time of new building construction and troop recruitment. This would give the spell much more potency.

I agree something like this could be nice. Maybe not even a straight-up doubling construction/recruitment time but rather just 30% slower res production, construction and recruitment times or something like that would work as well. Could see how this would be useful when trying to take out cities etc and especially in revolt to prevent people from building walls/army back.

If you do that, everyone will purify it, so essentially plague will just be a way of draining artemis favour

Plague is useful to prevent earthquakes while still allowing for troop spells :)
Earthquake is the only negative spell that's really usable offensively, bolt is usually even less of a nuisance than plague but even that has its uses

A new spell such as coronavirus where all the production on enemy cities are stopped, farm level down -5 levels
