Can I post a Job wanted here for an Alliance on Iota?
Fantastic,
I am excited to start a new world on equal footing with everyone. Anyone starting an extremely tight knit organized and overly active alliance let me know please.
I am looking for this type of alliance:
Mature players - I'm a bit older then the average player most likely so I prefer to be in a group that reflects that in their communication with each other
<30 members - I'd like to get to know the group, and avoid the rapid turnover that occurs within larger alliances and MRA's.
Core group - I'd really like to get in with a group that has played together for at least 3 months, and better yet knows each other in real life or from other games/game systems.
Organized - This doesn't really need clarification but it does need stressing. Structure, & a Plan. Always have one.

I have no real credentials yet as Theta is my first world so I can't provide references just yet.
Instead, I will list my rules of engagement that I use for online games:
#1 - Loyalty to alliance above all else.
#2 - Always have a reason.
#3 - Fight on your terms, not theirs...
#4 - Anyone can be conquered.
#5 - Every conflict should have a foreseeable end.
Discipline, Dedication, Integrity, & Enthusiasm will best describe my play style.
I use two motto's depending on the type of group I am in:
My arm is your arm, my honor is your honor, my life is your life.
Meaning: I offer my loyalty, I offer my trust, I offer my life.
and:
Sic Gorgiamus Allos Subjuctatos Nunc
Meaning: I gladly feast on those who would subdue us
I enjoy most of all taking the role of 'Kingmaker' rather then 'King'. Always the consumate General.
