In TW they have a countdown, here it can vary, but in my experience usually 8:00 EST, which would be 00:00 in server time?

They can't tailor world settings towards one certain conquer system. When more conquest worlds are released, revolt players complain. When revolt servers are released, conquest players complain .-.
