I am making a premade alliance called Epic Warriors.
Location:NW
Plan: We will recruit many members at first but will kick out all players who are inactive or are not strong in battle or tactics. We will be aggresive and intend to battle our way to the top we will look for a powerful ally(s) which will only be decided a while into the start of the world.
Jobs: I will only give out jobs if there is someone who is capable and I can trust.
My Experience: I have once run an alliance on Eta but unfortunately that was the first world I joined so it only just made it to the top 50. I later joined Ultimate Force grabbed myself some cities and have now made it into the top 1000. I am a member of a top 30 alliance in XI
