Question right hand bar of the gods

The right hand bar of the gods disappears on my pc screen when i refresh or login again. only by scrolling island view i have got it sometimes by accident. so my question is, how do you let appear the right hand bar?

Do you use any user-scripts? If yes, deactivate them and try to refresh (F5 hotkey) the game. You can also attach some screenshots for further investigation.
