Okay, so a little early, but the forum's near dead.
Rate the player above you based on BP, location, points, reputation, alliance, etc. no format, just rate them however you want.

Example:
Location 4/5
Alliance 6/10
Points 7/10
ABP 2/10
DBP 7/10
Rep 5/5 (infamous player)

Alliance 9/10 seem to be a good aliance at this moment
Points 7/10 not impresive for a player from a core Ocean but above all the nearby enemies
ABP 9/10 good fighter at the moment
DBP 8/10

ABP:- 6/10 again to early but doing ok
DBP:- 4/10 Again to early but doing ok

Alliance: - 8/10 good average and very compact
Points: - 7/10 maybe too much but it's early so extra point
ABP: - 3/10 early but still seems less then normal
DBP: - 0/10 nothing there
Rep: - ?/5 still kind of new to this game so don't know many players

alliance- 10/10- very good lliance, not an mra, good average
points - 9/10- in the top 100 players in points early on in the game
ABP- 10/10- almost in the top 50 in ABP
DBP- 6/10- mmmm, nothing special, sorry
rep- 2/5- he said kinda new, so not much rep i would think, but i like the profile

u may not want to do me, im not very good yet, lol

location- 2/5- outside rim not many good alliances out there yet and dosnt appear you dominate your area.
alliance- 5/10- decent considering they just started appears to be in one ocean but not many strong members/
points - 5/10- Good start but nothing exciting.
ABP- 3/10- not too bad good start.
DBP- 0/10- no defenses ever
rep-1/5- never heard of you and never seen you

alliance- 9/10- Strong members from what I can see, rank 1 alliance, but my rival so I can't give 10 haha
points - 9/10- very good, top 10. (10/10 is only for rank 1 :p )
ABP- 4/10- ok, a little bit low for your ranking
DBP- 6/10-Quite good
rep-1/5- never heard of you and never seen you, sorry.

Overall, not bad.

points - 8/10- not bad, top 50, and even city growth
ABP- 9/10 - not amazingly high, but even with your point rank
DBP- 5/10- not your fault, really, but still a little low.
rep- yeah... um, bad idea.

alliance- 10/10- best on this server by a feckin country mile
points- 9/10- top 40, right up there
ABP- 4/10- Not sure what's goin on...is he turtling or building monstrous nukes lol?
DBP- 8/10 yup pretty good

Location 4/5 O34 out of the main action good grouping
Alliance 10/10 Currently No.1 on the server (me being biased was gonna put a lower score but that would go against the ethos of the thread)
Points 9/10 solid score 14th in the world
ABP 9/10 Solid score 11th in the world he's been aggressive
DBP 8/10 117th in the world at the moment

Rep 4/5 its positive i don't know anything else so lets be consistent

Overall 40/45 (not including rep) good score
